I’m a computer geek, who used to design control panels for textile machinery. Like the rest of the textile industry, my job was sent overseas. I have two boys, which makes me violently anti-war/draft. ESPECIALLY when we were lied into war. I live in North Carolina, and have been here for 20 years. I love the proximity to the ocean and the mountains.
More to come later
After a few months of blogging, it ends up that this is where I post what I find most outrageous or interesting
that doesn’t fall into a technical category. But Civil Rights and Personal Liberty and Privacy, all hallmarks of the United States Constitution, are being abused every day, and somehow putting them here, sure inspires me to post. 😉
And a blog that is frequently updated is a good thing.
I was fired from my volunteer geek blog. I never thought I’d be fired from a volunteer job. I guess it just proves, I can break new ground, all the time. 😉
As a result, I’ll post interesting geek things here, also. If I’m too geeky or there’s something in particular that you’d like to see, please let me know. Thanks for reading, and I was just kidding about the frequent posts, up there ^. 😛
